HLF is a construction management and engineering company based in the Central Belt of Scotland. We work on energy and industrial projects across the UK and internationally, and we built Navus, our own completions and certification platform.

Current work
CHP and biomass energy plant, Scotland. Employer’s representative under NEC3 for a major energy operator, covering technical challenge, compliance, and construction and completions consultancy.
Experience also covers HVDC transmission, offshore wind interconnectors, solar and storage, grid connections, and petrochemical and process plant.
